Appointments Available
The Hearth Industry is a seasonal business, and as such, we try to match our hours to the need. However, we understand that the FlameWorks showroom hours are limited, especially in the off season, so we offer to meet with you by appointment. We would welcome meeting you either in the showroom OR at your home or business, at your convenience. Although we cannot accommodate all times, we are flexible, and in many instances, are able to meet outside of “normal business” hours to suit your schedule.
Keep in mind that we are principally hearth contractors, we spend the majority of our time out in the field installing and servicing stoves, fireplaces and other units. Our showrooms have over 50 models on display most of the year, but we recognize that even if we were to display hundreds of units, it would still be a fraction of what we represent.
Holiday Hours
We are closed for the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Independence Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day to the second day of the new year. See below.
PLEASE NOTE: FlameWorks is CLOSED each year between Christmas Eve and the second business day of the following year. This year that means that our last scheduled showroom hours will be Tuesday, December 23rd. FlameWorks will re-open on Friday, January 2nd, 2009.
If you need assistance during this time feel free to call and we will provide whatever service we are able. Please be sure to schedule your pellet purchases prior to... or after this period. We will assist in whatever way we can, but the forklift is scheduled to be unavailable during this period.
